All short courses are 150 hour courses with 2 levels.
First level is 50 hours and participants from any walks of life who want to understand fundamentals or are from any helping profession can attend these courses. For getting a certificate, participants have to complete an exam and a submission at the end of each course.
The 2nd level of any course is for people intending to apply a particular therapy in their work. For the 2nd level of any course, participants who have crossed level one of that course are eligible. This level is of 100 hours with 50 hours of training and 50 hours of supervised case work. To get a certificate for this level, students have to pass a written exam and submit 5 case studies taken up after training and conducted under supervision.
This is a 2 year program that extensively trains people who want to become professional counselors and psychotherapists. The First Year consists of 5 papers, total of 480 hours, comprising of theoretical understanding, developing helping attitudes as well as vigorous skills training. Students will be trained in various schools of therapy, the fundamentals of personality and pathology. The Second Year consists of 5 papers, total of 570 hours, giving an exposure to different settings of counseling practice and how the practice varies in respective settings, practical experience of personal work, client practice, writing process notes, case studies as well as internship in their respective fields of choice.
The 15 month program consists of 7 papers, total of 728 hours, comprising of theoretical understanding, developing helping attitudes as well as vigorous skills training. The students will be trained in various schools of therapy, the fundamentals of personality and pathology. It will also involve internship in their respective fields of choice.
